A real sprint, just not a product one yet. This week's goal: every team formed and equipped, every GitHub token proven to work with a real commit — before Sprint 2 (vW2, Mon 21 Sep) opens the first market-intelligence deliverable.
Welcome to TR3. This trimester runs the same way the last one did — Scrum sprints, real market data, teams building something that genuinely works — with a handful of changes made directly in response to what last trimester's students told us didn't. You'll hear those changes explained properly during the practical, alongside a look back at what TR2 actually built. For now: Sprint 1 has one job — get every team formed, equipped, and ready to build, with nothing left broken to discover in Sprint 2.

Nine sprints ahead, ending at Demo Day on Monday 23 November. Sprint N always equals Week N this trimester — the tag on every sprint is just its number, nothing more to remember.
Nothing is due this week. These two things need to be done before teams form and the first deliverable opens.
